Pivot Bio Concludes 2023 Commodity Classic
As an ag innovation company, we’re always on the lookout for places to make connections, learn about growing trends in the industry, and share our latest findings. This is why we were excited to be back at Commodity Classic in Orlando, FL.
#Classic23 was an inspiring experience, from the buzzing trade show floor where our team had great conversations with growers from across the country to engaging with key industry stakeholders. It was a great three days.
Key events included:
Going Beyond Carbon
This annual trade show brings together farmers, industry experts, and agribusinesses from across the country to showcase products and share their latest advancements, making it the perfect place for our Learning Center Session, Going Beyond Carbon.
As agriculture, technology, climate preservation and market demand continue to converge we wanted to use this opportunity to educate growers on the value their climate resilient practices bring to companies across the food & ag value chain as they work toward net-zero targets.
During this session, we also announced the Pivot Bio N-OVATOR™ program.
Our N-OVATOR™ program compensates farmers who reduce up to 40 pounds of synthetic nitrogen fertilizer by using Pivot Bio products. The program helps participating farmers realize additional value for their operation by avoiding the emissions caused by synthetic nitrogen. The program is available to all farmers for the first time this year, after completing a successful pilot in 2022. It’s not too late to join the N-OVATOR™ program this year – just reach out to your sales rep to get signed up.
What’s New: The Nitrogen You Need, Now On-Seed
Pivot Bio recently introduced an entirely new class of products that integrates nitrogen seamlessly with the seed during planting – PROVEN® 40 On-Seed (OS) and RETURN® On-Seed (OS).
As the first-ever product to deliver nitrogen-fixing microbes on the seed for crops like corn, sorghum, and spring wheat, we were excited to showcase the science behind the products during our What’s New session. Our experts discussed the performance of nitrogen-fixing microbes and their efficiency, along with usage experiences from farmer customers, expert agronomists, and treaters who used the products during 2021 and 2022 trials.
